At virso we collaborated with a designer and focused on building a website that would become the nucleus to Costa Bella Living. With an effective marketing campaign all information leads to the website. The marketing plan was built with the website being the nucleus and informational portal for all potential buyers. The customized Content Management System features homeowner login and customized pages, interactive map of Guaymas and San Carlos, live weather feed, interactive property map, video trailer, rendering and floor plans, flash rotating imagery, galleries and Project Management system.

The rich history of Mexico combined with new home design and a luxury lifestyle with Costa Bella Living affords homeowners the ability to monitor development and view their property in their lifestyle section. Monthly updates to the gallery keep all informed and able to see how quickly the properties are selling via the interactive property map.
